About Our Club
We provide fun and engaging recreational gymnastics classes for all ages on Tuesday afternoons (term time only).
Our hourly recreational classes are divided according to age groups and ability, and focus on developing the foundational skills of gymnastics. Every term, our gymnasts will work on an end of term target, such as British Gymnastics Rise Awards, in-house competitive events, and end-of-year showcases.
We have a variety of equipment that we use for vaulting, tumbling track, bar work, trampette work, beam work, and floor.
All our coaches are British Gymnastics qualified and DBS checked.

Our classes
Each term we follow an integrated learning scheme to challenge our gymnasts to improve their skills and knowledge.
The autumn term is spent developing foundation skills and putting them together for our end-of-term displays, where children work collaboratively in groups.
The spring term is dedicated working towards the skills required for the achievement of the British Gymnastics Rise Explore and Excel awards.
The summer term is spent developing the skills towards individual routines to showcase in our in-house competitive event.
Throughout the year, all children are required to dedicate themselves not only to individual attainment according to their own needs, but to improve their social skills and emotional wellbeing by having to work together as teams and gain pride in showing each other what they are capable of.
